1. Sign-Up To Our Mailing List
Join our email list to receive the latest updates as our campaign progresses (if you have already signed up - we have your details).
2. Object
If you have not Objected, please do so: objections will be considered up until the Planning Committee Meeting (date tbc).
The more formal objections submitted against the Planning Application, the better chance we have of the Power Stations being rejected - this is one of the most powerful ways to show your opposition. Every objection counts - everyone in your household can submit their own objection (e.g. 4 household members = 4 objections), regardless of age. You don’t have to live locally - anyone, from anywhere, can object.
Our Reasons to Object outlines areas you may wish to draw on, you do not need to cover all reasons - focus on the ones that are more relevant to you.

Thank you to everyone that has already Objected, this includes our MP, County Councillor, District Councillors, 13 Parish Councils, and Consultees.
3. Spread The Word - Strengthen Our Voice
One of the most effective ways to make an impact is to tell others about the threat that these Solar Power Stations pose to our communities and ask them to object. The more people who object, the stronger our impact.
Keep the conversation going - talk to your neighbours, families, friends, our visitors and tourists, local groups - anyone that might not know about the application and how they can object.
4. Donate - Help Fund the Fight
If you have available Funds and wish to do so, get ready to donate - how to do this will be coming soon! Significant donations have already been made to fund Consultant Reports and Marketing. However, more funding is required for our Consultants to robustly respond to the amendments that QC will be submitting between now and 27th February 2026.
5. Write to your MP and Local Councillors
Our MP and Councillors are working hard to represent the views of their constituencies, and to ensure our voices are heard as East Suffolk continues to be a target for significant Industrialisation. In addition to submitting an official objection, you can also write to your MP and councillors. By writing to them you will strengthen their ability to Object on our behalf:
Patrick Spencer, MP Central and North Ipswich
patrick.spencer.mp@parliament.uk
Elaine Bryce, Suffolk County Councillor, Central Suffolk and North Ipswich
elaine.bryce@suffolk.gov.uk
Vince Langdon-Morris, Suffolk District Councillor
vince.langdon-morris@eastsuffolk.gov.uk
Owen Grey, Suffolk District Councillor
owen.grey@eastsuffolk.gov.uk
